We represent clients before all Romanian courts in civil, commercial, administrative, tax and employment matters, as well as before the Constitutional Court and the Competition Council.
We handle complex commercial disputes, payment orders and debt recovery through conciliation, litigation and enforcement. We advise in tax disputes concerning VAT, income tax and the application of double taxation treaties.
We also handle recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and act in conciliation and arbitration proceedings before Romanian arbitral institutions.
