Any complaint should first be addressed to the firm, at office@tarusiasociatii.ro, for direct resolution. Matters concerning the practice of the profession may also be raised with the Bucharest Bar Association (Baroul București) or with the National Union of Romanian Bar Associations (UNBR).
Disputes may also be settled out of court, through the alternative dispute resolution (SAL) procedure administered by the National Authority for Consumer Protection, at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. For cross-border matters, the list of notified ADR bodies is available at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies.
Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest.
